As the Official Practice Facility of the New York Islanders, Iceworks is the place for your young hockey player or figure skater to experience an extensive curriculum in a fun and friendly environment. Offering hockey and figure skating programs for the novice to expert skater, Islanders Iceworks provides Long Island's most comprehensive training programs for children and adults to enjoy the game of hockey, develop new skills and learn from the best.

With a professional faculty that includes players from the New York Islanders and top coaches and teachers from the area, there is absolutely no other facility in the tri-state area that can compare. From Basic Skating to Elite Hockey for children to Hockey Development and recreational sessions for adults, our programs provide the complete hockey and skating experience.

Islanders Iceworks features two ice surfaces, a brand new soft court, an incredible instructional staff, excellent classes for all levels and ages, and even hosts its own in-house children's league. We are home to many area teams including the LI Gulls/Bobcats, the Nassau County High School Hockey League, and several men's leagues. At Iceworks, you become a member of the New York Islanders family, receiving special ticket packages and getting the opportunity to see Islanders players practice.
